Qlosr´s GDPR

Qlosr cares about your privacy, and therefore we are committed to protecting the personal data we have about you. We are careful when handling them, and you can rest assured that their processing is carried out properly following the applicable rules

What are personal data?

Personal data mean any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a person. Examples of personal data are: name, address, telephone number, social security number, images, and sound recordings. Even encrypted data and various electronic identities (e.g., IP addresses) are personal data if they can be linked to a person. Some common examples of collecting personal data are: recording and organising them in a customer register, storing them in, e.g., IT systems, transferring them to someone else, and deleting them.

Managing orders

Your personal data are processed primarily to manage your order. We do this to keep what we promised when you became a customer (i.e., to fulfil our agreement with you). For example, we need to be able to contact you, charge you, and send you information.

Managing purchases

In addition to managing your purchase, your data are also used to inform you about what is going on, answer questions you ask customer service, adapt information and offers to you (so-called profiling), and send out any marketing. Surveys can also be conducted to measure your satisfaction with Qlosr and our services.

Before and after your purchase

When you purchase with us, subscribe to our newsletter, or attend one of our events, we want to put your interests in focus. You give us your consent to collect data by actively agreeing to subscribe to our newsletter or accepting our other conditions. Your personal data are also used for so-called profiling to put your interests in focus. Profiling means your data are analysed to assess better what information you need to receive and what marketing you might appreciate.

Who is personal data collected from?

Personal data are collected directly from you, e.g., when you became a customer or when you have been in contact with us. They may also be collected from the State Personal Address Register to ensure that we have your correct personal information, e.g., if you move.

Who is your personal data shared with?

Your personal data are shared with various partners such as service providers on our website, with our auditors, our bank, and yours, and suppliers of the IT systems we need for our business. In some cases, we also share data with our suppliers for delivery.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your order with a warranty period, for our accounting, or if you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter. At Qlosr, we store your personal data during the warranty or complaint period so that you can contact us if something goes wrong.

We store the data for our accounting (such as orders, invoices, and payments) and tax bases. By law, this data must be kept for seven years. We save your data for newsletters. If you wish to object to how we use your data for newsletters, you can choose to unsubscribe to the newsletter via a link.

To avoid unnecessary and unwarranted processing of personal data, we regularly delete data that are no longer needed. The data will be deleted according to the above criteria.

When your personal data are processed by Qlosr, you have the following rights:

- You have the right to know what personal data we process about you and can ask us for a copy of them.

- You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you corrected. If you are our customer, you can do this most easily by contacting our customer service.

- You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data (e.g., if we have no reason to process them or if you no longer consent). Even if you ask us to erase your personal data, we may need to store certain personal data, e.g., when the law requires us to do so or if the processing is necessary to defend or exercise our legal interests.

- You have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data and to restrict their processing. For example, while waiting for incorrect information to be checked and possibly corrected. Please note that restricting or deleting your personal data may mean that we cannot fulfil our commitments to you.

- You have the right to obtain your personal data in a machine-readable format and transfer them to another controller, so-called data portability. However, this only applies to personal data that you have given us yourself, which are processed automatically by us and which we process to keep what we promised in the agreement with you or because you have consented.

- You are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing, which we conduct because you have approved it. It is important to know that, if you withdraw consent, it only applies going forward and not to processing already done.

Our obligations

Our obligations are to be responsible for how your personal data are processed and to determine the purposes for which those data are processed.

If you have any questions about how we process your personal data, or if you want to use your rights when we process them, please contact our customer service at Hello@qlosr.se.

Security measures

Your personal data are processed according to the law and in a secure manner. Procedures are in place to protect your personal data and privacy. For example, we only process the personal data we need and are careful to delete them when they are no longer required. The systems used to process personal data are continuously updated to ensure they are sufficiently secure, for example, through anti-virus programs, firewalls, and systems to detect personal data in various IT systems. We are data controllers for our customers. We therefore require, and also check, that our partners process your personal data securely and according to law.
