Qlosr to You

Business model

Standardised and packaged subscription services enable a higher level of utilisation, better visibility, and increased flexibility.

Qlosr has extensive experience in delivering IT services and has refined and further developed our business model to offer the market six standardised and well-packaged solutions that we know from experience will suit the vast majority of our customers.

In addition to the standardised packages, you as a customer can also call off expertise, security services, product supply, customised application and server solutions, software, and much more. Our employees around the country are always ready to help our customers.

Flexible business model that evolves with the customer

With a subscription, the customer pays for the function rather than the product or consulting hour. The contracts, which are often up to five years long, ensure the long-term nature of the deal. A full 85 percent of our customers have signed contracts lasting 36–60 months.

We base our business model on framework agreements where the scope of the contract can change over time, enabling a partnership to develop new services and added values. We are pleased to see that the business model is appreciated by our customers, who are gradually adding more and more services.

Strategic Partnerships

Long-term Contracts

Our customers and we favour long-term contracts because they create predictability in the customer’s costs and allow us to organise IT operations in a structured and long-term way.

Full Offer, Everywhere

We have offices and operations close to the customer – and can offer a full range of solutions, services, and products throughout the Nordic market.
